This is how the lost katli is prepared
Sanjay Kumar, the operator of the restaurant, said that Khoya Katli was started to give some different and special taste. For this, milk is first collected from nearby farmers, then lost to it. In Khoya, sugar is added as per the need and cashew, almonds are finely grinded and mixed in it. After about 4 hours of hard work, this lost katli is prepared.
Haryana is in demand till Punjab
Silver work is applied on this dessert and its taste makes people crazy. The price of this khoya katli, which competes with cashew katli, is Rs 540 per kg and has a guarantee of 100% purity. Sanjay Kumar told that this dessert was started 10 years ago and since then people are very fond of its taste. People come from various places including Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and taste it and also ask for houses on orders.
